Reports are coming that Windows 8 may RTM in April 2012. Recently Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer said that next generation of Windows systems will come out next year. If you can remember, Microsoft's Dutch site also revealed by mistake in Oct, 2010 that it'll take about 2 years before Windows 8 is available on market.
And now Mary-Jo Foley @ZDNet is reporting that Windows 8 will RTM in April 2012.
Its also mentioned in the article that there will be Beta release (not a pre-beta or preview) around the time of BUILD conference in mid-September.
Microsoft will deliver RC (Release Candidate) in January 2012.
So if the above information is correct, there is not much time left to see Windows 8 RTM in action.
