Our friend WinVistaClub has released a Windows Vista tweaking utility "Ultimate Windows Tweaker". This utility contains 130+ registry tweaks which can enhance the performance and functionality of Windows Vista. It has been developed by our fellow MVP Ramesh Kumar. Its only 368 KB EXE file which even doesn't need any installation. You can directly run it after downloading so you can also carry it on your USB drive.
