How to Open Help Files (.hlp) in Windows Vista and Server 2008 that Require Windows Help Program (WinHlp32.exe)?

Since Windows 3.1, Microsoft included Windows Help Program (Winhlp32.exe) in new Windows versions. It is used to view 32-bit help files having .hlp file extension. But Microsoft decided to no longer include this program in Windows Vista and Server 2008. But there are many software that provide .hlp files as help and support. So if you also have such files and can't view them in Windows Vista or Server 2008, then download following update and install it in your Windows. It'll install the Windows Help program and you'll be able to view the .hlp files:
Download Windows Help program (WinHlp32.exe) for Windows Vista
Download Windows Help program (WinHlp32.exe) for Windows Server 2008
