Memory error

A couple of people are experiencing a problem in running ETRemover in some Windows XP machines.

The error message that comes up says something like:

The instruction at "0x7155d330" referenced memory at "0x77cc2cc0". The memory could not be "read".

Please look at the picture shown here:




This seems to be a problem that could be solved by installing the latest Microsoft service pack for Windows XP.
